1 Our 7-Day Guarantee

If you upgrade to Pro or Elite and decide it's not right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

2 What's Eligible

  • First-time Pro or Elite subscription purchases, refunded within 7 days of the charge.
  • Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors on our end.
  • Plan upgrades made in error, refunded within 7 days.

3 What's Not Eligible

  • Renewal charges after the first 7-day window has passed — cancel before renewal to avoid being charged again.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the original purchase date.
  • The one-time Human SOP Review service once a human consultant has begun reviewing your document.
  • Subscriptions terminated by us for a Terms of Service violation.
  • Third-party affiliate purchases — see Section 7 below.

4 How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to Plans & Settings in your dashboard and select "Request Refund," or
  2. Email billing@findscholarshipforme.com with your account email and the date of purchase.
  3. We'll confirm eligibility and process it — no need to explain why, though feedback is always welcome.

5 Processing Timeline

6 Cancellation vs Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time — this stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. To get money back for the current period, submit a refund request within the 7-day window described above. Cancelling keeps your account active (on the Free plan) until the end of your current paid cycle.

7 Affiliate & Third-Party Bookings

Flights, accommodation, test-prep courses, insurance, and university application services booked through partner platforms (such as Skyscanner, Booking.com, Magoosh, or ApplyBoard) are not covered by this policy. Refunds for those purchases are governed entirely by that partner's own refund terms, since the transaction takes place on their platform.
