4 Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep your academic profile up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@findscholarshipforme.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before submitting it to any university, scholarship body, or third party. IELTS band score predictions are estimates for practice purposes only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by IDP, British Council, or Cambridge Assessment English, and do not guarantee your actual exam score.

6 No Admission or Scholarship Guarantee

We provide tools, information, and guidance to support your applications. We do not guarantee that you will be admitted to any university, awarded any scholarship, or approved for any visa. Match percentages shown in the Scholarship Matcher reflect an algorithmic estimate based on your profile and historical data — they are indicative only and not a prediction of outcome.

Scholarship deadlines, eligibility criteria, and funding amounts are sourced from publicly available information and partner data, and may change without notice. Always verify details directly with the scholarship provider or university before applying.

7 Affiliate & Third-Party Services

Certain features (including Flight Booking, Accommodation, Test Preparation, and University Admission referrals such as ApplyBoard) connect you to independent third-party providers. When you use these features:

• You leave our platform and become subject to that provider's own terms, privacy policy, and pricing.
• We may receive a referral commission from the partner — this does not affect the price you pay.
• We do not control, and are not responsible for, the quality, accuracy, or outcome of services provided by these third parties.
• We select partners we believe are reputable, but recommend you independently verify any provider before making payments or bookings.

8 Subscriptions & Plans

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Plans & Settings page. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

9 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent academic credentials to misrepresent your eligibility.
• Use the Service to generate content for someone else's application without disclosure where required by that institution's policy.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI systems or APIs.
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, scholarship database structure, and AI matching logic, is owned by Find Scholarship For Me. Content you create using our tools (your SOPs, CVs, profile data) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find Scholarship For Me shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed deadlines, rejected applications, visa denials, or losses related to third-party affiliate bookings. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may close your account at any time from Settings. Sections relating to liability, intellectual property, and disclaimers survive termination.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
